I had contacted Tracy late in my 7th month of pregnancy, fearing I had left it too late to learn and practice Hypnobirthing in time for my due date. Tracy was so wonderful, warm and welcoming from the first point of contact, and quickly reassured me that it will be ok and we agreed to meet privately for some one to one sessions. Meeting Tracy was like welcoming an old friend into my home.Tracy is so kind, friendly and professional. She took the time to really thoroughly explain everything to me individually, and as my husband couldn’t make the first three sessions even recapped everything for him when he joined us at the final session.I was really impressed by Tracy's knowledge and with the course materials and content. Overall my birth experience was greatly improved using the tools provided and I am so happy to have chosen to learn about Hypnobirthing with Tracy, her calm, soothing voice is perfect for delivering the information in the course. My labour wasn’t textbook but having done Hypnobirthing, it still helped immensely nonetheless. I would recommend her to anyone considering it and I will be contacting her during my next pregnancy for a refresher!
