YogaBirth Classes



Weekly YogaBirth™️ classes take place on Tuesday evenings from 7:15 PM - 9:15 PM at Harry Rice Hall, N19.

Classes must be booked in advance and you may join from 14 weeks of pregnancy onwards.  Suitable for all fitness levels, even if you have never done yoga before.

Yoga mats, belts and blankets are provided but you are welcome to bring your own if you wish.


Classes are kept to small groups to allow for plenty of space. This also gives us the opportunity to get to know each other better and for me to provide more individualised attention where needed.

Each weekly session is comprised of 30mins of pregnancy discussion over a cup of herbal tea and 90mins of gentle, yet strengthening yoga.


Classes are booked in blocks of 6 at a time which is £110. If it's your first time attending my class, you may book a single session for £20 as a taster before committing to the 6-week blocks. Single sessions can also be booked if you are more than 34 weeks pregnant. Concessionary prices are available for anyone who needs it; contact me if you'd like to discuss this.

  • Socialise and get to know other pregnant women in a supportive environment
